carriers to use: United States Post Office (USPS), Fedex, or UPS. We offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping to the continental
United States on purchases over $150, excluding oversized items and bulk orders.

Shipping Prices for shipments to addresses outside the continental United States:
Standard Shipping: at checkout, Adventure School Rock Shop will determine which of the following carriers to use: United
States Post Office (USPS), Fedex, or UPS. Standard shipping costs listed above do not apply to orders outside of the continental
United States. People placing orders from outside of the continental U.S. will be notified (prior to shipping) with exact shipping costs.
Free shipping discounts do not apply on international orders. Payments may be made by credit card, bank to bank wire transfer, money orders
and certified checks drawn on US Funds. All freight charges, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. All international
orders are subject to approval by Adventure School Rock Shop.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from the time they are placed. If you need your order expedited the same day please give us
a call (800-39-CLIMB) before 2:00 pm EST. in order to give us enough time to prepare your order and get it in the mail.
Although most orders reach their destination within 3 to 7 business days from the date they are placed, please allow up to 2 weeks
for delivery. If it is important that you receive your order sooner, please use 2-Day or Overnight Shipping.
UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses: Please provide a street number and name whenever possible. We will do our very best
to accommodate your special shipping requests.
Returns & Exchanges
When you shop with Adventure School Rock Shop customer service is priority number one.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it to us within 30 days from date shipped for credit or a
refund. Because of safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for Climbing hardware, ropes, cords or
webbing. Before you decide to return any item please give us a call (800-39-CLIMB) so we can talk to you directly
about any issues. If we are unable to correct the problem with your item we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA)
Number. An RA number must accompany all returns. In the event of a return Adventure School
Rock Shop is not responsible for loss or damage of items during shipping to us. Once we have received your return package we will
process your credit or refund for the amount of the purchase only and notify you by email. Simply follow these guidelines
Terms:
· Items must be new, unused, in original packaging and have tags attached.
· All returns must include a copy of the original invoice.
· All returns, and their subsequent shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility.
· Absolutely NO returns or exchanges on any climbing equipment or gear.
Procedure:
· Email us at gear@adventureschool.com and briefly explain the reason for your return.
· Include a copy of the original invoice
· Pack it in a strong carton, secured with shipping tape.
· Clearly write your Return Authorization Number on outside of box.
· We suggest that you insure your return package.
Warranty / Defective Items:
If you feel a product is defective and should be covered under the manufacturer's warranty please give us a call (800-39-CLIMB)
and follow the procedures above. We will work on your behalf directly with the manufacture to determine the best course of action.
Make sure that you send back the defective item(s) in clean condition with a copy of the original invoice, a description of the
defect and your RA number. Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced or repaired at manufacturer's discretion according
to their individual policies. If the item has been used, the purchaser will be responsible for all associated shipping, handling
and insurance charges both to and from Adventure School Rock Shop and the Manufacturer. |
